  2. Haha, the Stalinist Soviets have their finest hour in a science fiction classic! Appropriate, as their defective economy and unethical politics were a total flop in real life. When their (Soviet, not native Russian) finest technology rests on the bottom of the Baltic (submarine Komsomolets) or caught fire in Pripayet, and their finest scientists rotted in Siberia, it proved the dictatorial socialist experiment totally wrong!
