Aww, I’d hoped to see an interpretation of Lupercalia for Daleks, some sort of fertility ritual analog to the Romans sacrificing a goat and flailing each other with strips of the skin to celebrate Lupa the wolf nursing Romulus and Remus and Romulus establishing the City of Rome among the seven hills and beginning the Roman Republic 750BC… Well, OK, ‘Valentine’ was an idiot mediæval monk who was decapitated for having an illicit love affair.
